Tell us, how did Performance Method start about? What is it that Performance Method actually does and how does it start about?

So, Performance Method is, it sits in the leadership advisory practice space, working with companies that have got revenues up to probably about 5 million.

And what I effectively do is I help those founders that are struggling with revenue.

build systems and architect the right structures and processes to allow their organizations to grow.

So they're typically the founders that are sat wondering how they're going to grow revenue and how they should do it and who could help them.

And they bring me in as that fractional Because they're often businesses that can't afford and don't have the resource and money to employ a full-time commercial director.

So they bring me on a fractional basis where I embed myself inside the organisation on one to four days a month as part of the team, really, to help them.

You know, there's a client I'm working with where the initial assignment is six months.

And then there are other assignments where we've got growth plans to hit by 2030.

So my role is to be in the business until that point and until that's been achieved.

Certainly I've not been in a situation where I've been talking to someone and I've thought it's going to take anything less than six months and most of the time it's at least 12.
