Constellus is entering a new phase of its strategy with the hire of Dan Gelston, a CEO back in February.

And the company has tasked him to lead its push to make tech a greater part of its service offerings.

Dan's here with me, Ross Wilkers, to go what that means in this very, very complex security landscape.

I have had a 30, 60, 90 plan in each of my business leadership positions, particularly in security technology over the last 10 years or so.

And I would like to say that the first 30 is observing, the next 30 is planning.

with your team on how to take the company to the next level, and that last 30 is starting to enact change.

And I'd like to think once I got down to our 4,000-acre use of force training site in Moyoc, North Carolina, and had an opportunity to test out some of the training and toys down there, that accelerated my process for no longer being the new guy in the military.

You'd refer to him as the FNG, and I'll let you fill in what that might stand for, and quickly become...

The new leader to help us through with a pivot, as you mentioned, from 66 years of predominantly guards, gates, guns and dogs to one that leverages those fantastic people, animals and experience set and augments it with technology and particularly understanding Ukraine, what's going on in Iran right now, an associated area.

So I am really expecting to shed that new guy, new CEO moniker quickly and move out with an updated and augmented team, particularly to add technology on top of that, as I said, 66 plus years of experience in providing what I think are world-class security services.
