New Orleans was once a main entry port for hundreds of thousands of immigrants, and it is their blend of different customs and cultures that made this great city into what it is today. And what is it today, you ask? Well, in this part of our ongoing post-series compilation series, New Zealander Geoffrey "Jazz" Reynolds and Russian Pudlow (Last Name Not Given) attempt to answer that question in respective series of their own: *Dis Taste of New Orleans* (a food & culture review show) and *Dis Place New Orleans* (a travel & culture showcase show). The discoveries each New Orleans immigrant makes as they experience life in The Big Easy may surprise you, but depressingly, they probably won't. This country is an intensely xenophobic place and it is desperately clinging onto its hatred and bigotry with everything it has left.
So, with that in mind, we hope you enjoy meeting Jazz, Pudlow, and New Orleans itself in *WRYAT: Dis Is New Orleans!*
