Contemplative Practice
And now I invite you to see yourself as a vessel.
Imagine yourself being hollowed out and then rich and expanded.
Feel spirit like a wind blow through you and allow it to flow right through you.
It's effortless.
See it flowing through you to the world around.
and the impact it has.
Maybe it's the form of a glowing light that grows as it spreads.
Perhaps it looks like a gentle breeze that brings vitality with its motion.
Whatever comes up is what is meant to be.
Sit in that place, in that open place.
Allow spirit to flow totally unencumbered.
Through no effort of your own, it flows in through the top of your head and out into the world through your extremities.
Notice that what flows through you is love.
I am a hole in a flute that the Christ's breath moves through.
Listen to this music.
I am the concert from the mouth of every creature singing with a myriad chorus.
I am a whole and a flute that the Christ's breath moves through.
Listen to this music.
