With 18 different campuses, um, almost every single one of those campuses we have a, a campus worship pastor, and so somebody on that campus who's kinda leading the charge of the worship culture of that particular-

And what I have found, 'cause I've been in, in worship ministry for a long time, I've been in varying sizes of churches, um, what I've learned is that there's this built-in, um, so long as we keep it healthy, this built-in camaraderie-

... where, um, you've got people who are doing a similar job at a different campus, and you can just reach out, or you have a, a team huddle every week or every other week where you can say, "Man, I'm struggling with this.

What have you done with that? Uh, this song is not landing as well at our campus as it is there.

Like, how are you setting it up?" And so, um, being able to do that in community has been-
