From Disagreement to Unity w/ Tyler Roberts

**Red Rocks Worship** didn't start with an artist dream. It started with a **disagreement over song sets**. When the church opened a second campus, the worship leaders couldn't agree on what to sing. So they started meeting to pray together, and songs came out of that room. In this conversation, **Tyler Roberts** unpacks how a logistics problem became a songwriting movement, how a church with campuses in Colorado, Texas, and Belgium manages the tension between creative freedom and alignment, and why he stays **open handed** with a team where **people come and go**. Tyler is a founding member of Red Rocks Worship, worship pastor at Red Rocks Church, fifteen years in, with the new record Promised Land out now. The thread underneath it all: the strongest worship teams aren't the ones that sound the best. **They're the ones that are unified.** *Unity starts with a team that shows up prepared. Worship Online gives every member the exact parts, charts, and setlists to walk into rehearsal ready, so your time together builds the team instead of fixing it.
