I'm gonna preface this by any of our long-term listeners who are coming to Maker Camp and know somebody coming to Maker Camp that may or may not listen to this show.
This will be the episode you can send to them to be like, "Hey, listen to this.
This is how the maker swap runs at Maker Camp, if you're coming." It's a fun event.
Um, so what it is, uh, the background for the new listeners who are here, uh, we run a swap at Maker Camp.
So you make something at home, bring it with you to Maker Camp, and you enter it into, uh, what we call a drawing, and at the end of the weekend, you'll go home with another maker's item.
The idea of it is to make something that shows off your skill set, something you're proud to give to another maker.
Doesn't have to be a big item, huge item, just something that shows off your skill set.
Uh, something you can say, "Hey, this is what I make," or, "This is what I can make." And it goes on display for the weekend at camp, and then at the end of the weekend, we do a drawing, and you get to go home with one of the items.
