I wanna break down some of the most surprising lessons I learned from launching 100K Mastermind back in March.

By the end of the two-week promotion for this product, we had netted over $164,000, making it my most successful launch yet.

Now, I was especially happy with these results because it was the second launch of 100K Mastermind.

We launched it for the first time back in 2020, and now in 2023, we were launching it for the second time.

And historically, at least in my business, and I know I'm not alone with this, second launches tend to be the worst performing launches.

They aren't as good as first launches, and they aren't as good as the launches to come, especially when it comes to just raw revenue that is brought in.

Now, I think that the main reason for this is because they don't have the hype and excitement that you get with a first launch, but they also don't have the momentum that you can get later on with subsequent launches.

And so with that second launch, you're just kind of in this awkward in-between time, and you kind of have the worst of both worlds.

But for this particular second launch of 100K Mastermind, we tried a few different things, and I think it's safe to say that they worked because this wasn't just a good launch by second launch standards.
