What I had was where I'm really not as sure about myself at all in the micro challenge is just recently when I started making exercises for wives to go through.
I'm so awkward when, okay, so I'm just going to give you an example.
I show the worksheet.
We go through it.
That's not, you know, that's all normal.
But then they come back and, you know, somebody says, hey, yeah, I'll volunteer to do mine.
And then they tell me what they thought.
And then I'm like, oh, I don't know what I'm supposed to say to them now.
I don't know what I'm supposed to say to him.
Am I supposed to guide him to the right answer? No.
So I'm a baby here.

yeah um i think i understand the question let me make sure i understand it so you're live coaching someone they talk and you're like what do how do i guide this person

yeah yeah i mean i'll give you an example we were just talking about um uh not listening and she was talking about her husband saying well you know he he interrupts her while she's on the phone and she says i'm on the phone and then he can't hear her and then she gets irritated and then She's frustrated with him and stuff.
And we went through an exercise, but I don't think she came up with any kind of, even though there were specific ways to get there to an answer, she still wasn't open to how to do it or change.
And so I didn't know where to go with that.
I was like, okay.
