So, number one, what I noticed when looking through your group is that of course you're doing, um, some things really well, and I was gonna pull up the group.

If you're listening to this on a podcast, we're just pulling up Angela's group here, so you won't be able to see that, but I'll kinda walk through what it is that we're looking at.

Now, obviously, when we scroll through the group, because you're doing videos, we see the videos.

What's the other thing that you really notice standing out here? What kind of posts?
The welcome posts for the new members.

So what we're gonna do is I'm actually gonna tell you to, even though we just said we want this to be a welcoming space, why would we delete these posts? [laughs] Why would we not do these posts? Why do you think that is?
Well, I mean, if, if new m- We only do them once a week, so that's why I left them in there.
But I know you guys tell us not to do these, but I'm really not sure about the reason why, honestly.

So for some reason when I scroll through, even though it's only once a week, they just...

And what we want is for when a new member comes into the group, we want them to just, if they're scrolling, we want them to be connected with the value right away.

Really, if you think about it, we want them to have something they can comment on, so like a CTA kind of post for a lead magnet, something they can engage and get value from, which would be your value post.

And then if you're doing story posts in here, right, they're getting to know you a little bit more and who you are.
