And I think, you know, we have to start somewhere, like, completely different.

You know, we have to start with, you know, whose life are you actually living? And something I heard a number of years ago, and it's always stuck with me really, really clear- clearly, nobody cares more about you than you.

And it might sound harsh initially, but I actually think it's incredibly liberating when you think about it.

I would like to think that your family care about you, your partner, you know, your friends.

You know, nobody is lying awake worrying, you know, that you're pursuing the thing that you've always wanted, or you're not pursuing it.

And ultimately, and this was a very wake-up moment for me years ago when I realized that nobody's coming to save you.

You stop waiting for the stars to be, you know, aligned, and you start asking, "What do I actually want?" Not, "What does my partner want?" Not, "What does my family want?" Not, "What does my friends want?" Not what looks impressive on Instagram.

What do I want? And that's a much harder question, I believe, than people actually realize.

I think a lot of people are changing their lives all the time, but they're changing them in the wrong direction.

They're doing everything they're supposed, supposedly meant to do, and they're thinking, "Why am I still not happy?" If you've ever thought about it, like, maybe you're not happy because you're succeeding in the life you never actually chose, and that's where alignment comes in.

Alignment isn't sitting around waiting for the universe to deliver your dream life.
