So around 10 years, I wanted to kind of, delve into a little bit like people often see success um you know they see what you're doing but they don't really understand what's happened like the all the words behind it and our listeners can be anything from a skilled business owner who's thinking about leadership and all those sorts of things also though to somebody who's doing that homework they're scoping stuff out thinking do do i have what it takes do i do i know even what research to do So what would you say to somebody that's thinking about starting their own venture and what kind of homework did you do, due diligence and all those things? Because you've had a couple of businesses and you have a lot of BAS experience.

Well, I suppose with me, I like, obviously I have had my, tried lots of different jobs.

I've learned something from every single job I've done and I've probably taken something from each of those jobs.

So for me, like some people say like, oh, you've sort of done a few things, but I'm like, yeah, but it's also created the person I am now.

In regards to my homework, I had done a lot of homework in, for me, it was looking at events.

So I did my homework in that and realised it was quite tricky getting places.

because we're all very if it doesn't work you can sell it and get a job again the world will not end if it doesn't work because sometimes I felt a little bit I obviously had my photo booths and that slightly didn't change and I ended up selling it off and things and I felt like oh have I failed there but nothing's ever a failure it's Again, I've learned from that and I've used the experiences from that on my next job and nothing in life is ever a failure.

If it doesn't work out, you've tried, but you won't know unless you try something.
