From 2025, when we started hitting number one in the career charts, we knew it was going to be a long game to figure in our voice, our positioning, and also had to connect with an audience that we still hadn't met, we didn't know.

So that's you, if you're listening.

So this, what do we want? Why do we want to hear from you? It really simply is to say that we are continuing on with our Women Who Lead in Scale vision.

What started out as a really exciting idea and a concept with lots of different angles has really kind of cooled down and has taken root.

And we're learning each day about Alia's specific skillset, what she can actually bring and what I can bring and how we can weave that in to work with other women.
