As you know, a little bit about my story, I am going to take a step back and concentrate on my family and some other things for a moment.

And Libby and Angela are going to be here to do this interview today, but I'm really excited to introduce... our next guest for a couple of reasons.

Recently, I realized, even after all the years that I've been in the industry, that it's okay to take a break.

And the interview we're about to have, Angela and Libby's about to have with Amber Little is based on a book that she wrote called Whole Human Leadership.

And that workbook that I've been working on with my leadership team has literally helped me understand that I don't have to be everything to everybody every day, even though that is a constant battle every day.

It still matters, right? Your time matters and being able to take back who you are and not being something that people you feel like people are expecting.

But I am going to read a quote that I think is really important for all of you to hear from the workbook.

When we do the intentional daily work of building our confidence and capabilities from the inside out, we don't just change our careers.

So today, our guest has captured that exact blueprint in her workbook, giving us practical tools to stop waiting for permission and start building our own success.
