Caroline is a seasoned retail and brand building executive with more than 30 years of experience transforming iconic brands through strategic marketing, licensing, partnerships, and innovation.
Throughout her career, Caroline has helped grow and revitalize some of the world's most recognizable names, including Laura Ashley, Marcus Stewart, Surla Taub, Ralph Lauren, Home, Waverly, and Disney Home.
At Gordon Brothers, she leads global brand operations and works with a portfolio of consumer brands, including Nicole Miller, Broyhill, Rachel Zoe, and others, helping drive growth and create long-term value.
In addition to her executive leadership roles, Carolyn is a passionate mentor and educator, having taught at the Fashion Institute of Technology for more than 25 years.
