It's a special edition of the Stein, Olsen & Stang CPA's High School Volleyball Match of the Week.
I'm Chris Morgan alongside Josh Bowman getting ready for the varsity matchup this evening.
Getting to the varsity now, and my goodness, it's already been a fun-filled afternoon heading into the evening,
In the stands here below us, everybody excited, and this is all for a good cause as well, Chris.
As a lot of these proceeds going to charity tonight, a couple of different charities, might I add.
When Pigs Fly, the Norwalk-based organization, it's a resale and retail shop on East Main.
And another fundraiser that's also going on right now over at Contractors Park, over where they play baseball and softball, is the Chase Rospert benefit, which proceeds from this event will go to that as well.
And for Rospert, a 2023 St. Paul grad, he's 21, recently diagnosed with cancer, and all the money going there to help his family out.
Of course, his brother also a senior on the St. Paul football team this year, Levi Rospert, of course.
So our thoughts are continuing to be with Chase as he enters that battle in that phase of his life.
But just looking forward to helping him out here this evening, helping out the family, and enjoy some great preseason volleyball at the same time.
