There is an inner voice inside of me that was telling me for a long, long time what I needed to be doing.
I mean, when I say a long, long time, we're talking 20 years.
We're talking ever since I was at the beginning of my midwifery journey where I picked up spiritual midwifery and totally fell in love with the concept of the farm and what they were creating.
and then I spent 20 years dealing with what what was actually the reality of being a midwife whether that was here in Cornwall in Wales in Spain and it didn't look like that at all and eventually you bury it don't you you just bury this stuff and you push it down and you think no I cannot do that that is not a reality and To the point of putting the books away, hiding them so you can't see them and accepting that you have a different path.
And then almost having to go through a grieving process of thinking what you thought you wanted and what you hoped for.
and what actually was the reality of it now if you're a midwife listening to this a registered midwife you may well be resonating with that and those of you who who may be wanting to be like that but feel like it's not not it's not a way for us to be you may be resonating with it too But actually, those small voices inside us that are driving us forward, you know, where do they come from? Personally, I believe we're all connected and connected as our collective consciousness and also whether it's what I call it the universe, you know, because that works for me.
But whether you call it God or some greater being, some greater consciousness, an inner teacher.
Oh, yeah.
When I say greater being, I don't mean like some old man in the sky.
Do you know what I mean? Whether it is, you know, it is, you know, for some people it is God, you know, or a godlike figure or a goddess, of course.
Or is it just this knowing that the earth has and our collective consciousness and what is rising up? So anyway, go back to the beginning and about the repeating patterns.
