So when you say that you were at a place where you were like, I don't want to go back to what I was doing, like you recognised that that was not working for you in your life.
Then getting something back from that huge decision, like do you think that's kind of why that resonated so much? Like you knew that you were just at the right moment, right time, right thing for you? Yeah, I think...
I've been thinking about this again a lot lately because I'm thinking about the directions I choose, the ideas that I take action on and I love taking action really quickly.
And sometimes I look at over the years and think about the repetition of sometimes looking at my own patterns and going, is this, is this working? Are you, do you, what patterns do I see in what, what I do? And are they positive? And sometimes that comes down to comparison, which is, which is not cool.
Like, what about the other thing? But then I look at the me part of it and I'm, and I'm able to apply logic to it and go, well, you've got to find out what works for you.
And sometimes the thing you action today is for the reason you action it isn't the gift that it will give you.
I launched a program, the 10-week course, promised you that you'll make 10 grand a month.
And I didn't continue to do it because it didn't feel aligned with me at the time.
And that hung over my head for years and I didn't know if it was self-sabotage or imposter syndrome or if I had a fear of success.
But I'm launching online coaching now around strength coaching and I'm drawing on a lot of stuff I learned.
And I look at every time I do take action on an idea and start something new and have success and maybe learn something that works.
Might look like failure or quitting, but it actually it's I'm learning something really crucial about me and how I operate.
And it'll come back in the future in a way that I'll know where it fits and why it fits, why things fit me and why they don't.
I feel like this is you're in my head.
