Sometimes choosing you means breaking your own heart first
On this episode, we are going to be speaking about when making the right decision for you still hurts, right? Because I think very often we like to think or hope that because I'm making the right decision, I'm going to be fine.
But I think sometimes, if not very often, making the right decision for you comes at a cost sometimes.
making the right decision of you comes at a sacrifice, you know, making the right decision for you can mean just you're hurting yourself, you know, not even, not just, you know, the people involved in all of that kind of stuff.
I think protecting you, honoring you and all of that kind of stuff can really feel, it's really, really feel painful.
You know, I think that making the right decisions for ourselves is, can be really, really uncomfortable, first and foremost.
I struggle with saying out loud what I really want or all that kind of stuff, because I'm always concerned about somebody else's feelings.
I don't ever want to feel like I'm rejecting somebody or all of that kind of stuff.
So it's really, it takes me It takes me a while to arrive at a point where I'm just like straight up and blunt about something.
Sometimes it's really, really uncomfortable for me to just make what I know would be the right choice, to have the hard conversation, just to say what's really pressing me, what makes me unhappy, what makes me feel like this isn't working.
We avoid making the right decisions for ourselves and rather stay in things that, you know, don't serve us.
