So bouncing back usually comes from a moment where you feel like you've fallen, right? A moment where you kind of just feel like there's, you're just done, you know, you're gone.
that things are over we need to accept that we are tired we need to accept that certain things are broken or whatever it is we need to accept what is going on like you know um the pain the heartbreak and all of that kind of stuff like it's we need to be able to accept what is happening right now you know and um it's really difficult to bounce back when you don't accept those things and acceptance can look like forgiveness right you need to have forgiveness for yourself you know um for who you were when things fell apart or when things didn't work out, when things just were so difficult and so hard, or when you were in that situation, all that kind of stuff, you need to forgive the people who were involved, you know, forgiving the people who have betrayed you, forgiving the people who have moved on without you, people who have let you go, forgiving people for the mistakes they made and all of that kind of stuff, forgiving people for the wrongdoings that they had done and all of that kind of stuff.
It's really hard to move forward when we can't bring ourselves to the place of forgiveness because we end up moving forward with resentment.
We move forward with anger and all these misplaced feelings that we could have just surrendered to the situation and moved on without.
Another way of working through acceptance is letting go, right? Our ability to let go of that situation, let go of the circumstances, let go of what didn't work out, let go of the dreams that had to die, let go of the plans that were made that don't seem like they're coming to fruition, let go of the people that we, you know, are no longer in contact with, let go of the people that who we don't get to engage with in the same way and all of that kind of stuff.
We let go of the relationships that once used to consume so much of your life that now just won't anymore and stuff like that.
It's really important to have that ability, right? To like, after we forgive and stuff, you know, let it go, you know? Instead of trying to remain so attached to it and stuff.
I think it's so difficult to bounce back when we're trying to bounce back with all the energy from our past, all the energy from the things that were meant to be released from.
Let go of the timeline, right? Because in our minds, we all have a timeline of when we want something to happen for us.
when we believe things should work out away, when we feel like at this point in this time, this is supposed to happen.
It's so, frustrating to accept and deal with and stuff like that and you just need to let go of the timeline of when you thought certain things would have happened for you or should have happened for you and stuff like that and um look forward to something new something different and just trust the process right trusting that um you're doing enough trusting that trust in your ability to bounce back in a way that even though it didn't happen at this time this way with this person and stuff it can and will still happen right but like yeah i guess let's move on to how do we bolt actually no before we go into the bolt we also need to have a grief period i actually should have started with this right because like before we can even accept what is going on we have to be able to grieve you know um Or what happened? Or maybe it's like, because we've accepted it now, we grieve.
