I'm going to speak about my relationship with patients, right? I struggle with patients.
I think that things moving slowly... was always like a sign of like incompetence, right? Or not understanding what's going on.
Or like, I just, I didn't understand why things are not moving, why things are not getting to where they need to at the time that I needed it and all of that kind of stuff, right? And think about the way that we are and operate now, especially in the world that we live in now, right? We want next day delivery.
If we... order something or we call for service or whatever it is, and it takes some time to get to us or to get solved or whatever, we regard that as poor customer service.
Like what is going on? You know, because we live in a time where everything must come quickly, you know, whether we're ordering groceries, it must get you within the hour ordering fast food.
You can now even get medication off of an app, right? It's just order it and stuff.
Like it's, it's not, we just live in a time where we need things and we need them now, you know? I remember I used to have to get up, get dressed, get ready to go to the supermarket, you know, grocery store to get groceries.
what is it the notes and the app to say like just drop it at the front door you don't even have to see anyone it's so insane the time we're living in like we don't even have to greet anyone to get the to get the services we want the things and the goods and all of that kind of stuff that we want and it's such a crazy time like we need everything now we need things to be updated now you know we need new versions of things now and all that so when things start to feel like oh They're taking some time.
It feels like something is wrong when things don't happen quickly and all that kind of stuff.
