Be part of the 100-Man Project here! *Most men have never actually talked about their sex life out loud. Not to their woman, not to their…
Stephanie GanowskiHostAnd look, in the grand scheme, in the bigger picture that I also want you to look at, as I have these conversations, I'm going to be documenting it.
So I'm going to be sharing not your specific info, okay? I'm gonna be sharing the stories and the situations you tell me, but not in a detail where anyone would know who you are or your life, okay? It's gonna be very generalized in the way that I share it.
But the purpose is to share it so that you guys, you men, don't feel so alone in your sex life, in what you think about, in how your brain works when it comes to sex, how you typically think about it and how you respond to it.
And it's important for you to not feel alone because so much of the shame and the heaviness and the pressure and the need to push through it when it comes to sex, so much of that comes from... how men are socialized to not express themselves in different areas of their life so you shove it down you don't talk about it you don't even talk about it with your friends so because you're shoving it down you're not talking about it you don't want to join group courses and i would know this about your sex when it comes to your sex life because you're like no that's awkward that's embarrassing it's emasculating i don't want to be around other guys when i share this And look, I get it.
in having you guys feel understood and having you understand that you're not alone.
And knowing, feeling understood and knowing you're not alone is the first step to removing that heaviness and the pressure and the shame around sex.
And that's my intention for the 100 Man Project is get 100 men to be brave enough to have a conversation about something they normally don't talk about with a woman woman they trust, none of their information, it will be confidential to the point where your identity will not play a role in this.
And at the same time, other men will be able to learn from what you've shared.
that is so powerful it's so powerful and besides that you're getting an action step to move forward with you're you're getting to have a conversation with me where i could be like hey dude like what's up let's talk you know tell me what's going on and that is the first step to improving your sex life if you are struggling at all and even if you're not necessarily struggling get used to talking about sex.
I want you to have the comfortability of talking about sex like you're talking about a rainstorm coming on Friday night.
