This is what gives you the confidence you've been wanting #433

And I'm gonna walk you through three main points of conviction so you understand where I'm coming from here and what, what creates that sense of conviction.

So point number one is awareness is knowing what to do.

Conviction is trusting yourself enough to do it.

And a lot of guys get stuck between those two things, because they know the next step, they just don't trust themselve- themselves enough to take that step.

Point number two is why men struggle with conviction.

It's because most of you are looking for certainty before you act.

You wanna know, what if she gets upset? What if she says no? What if I make things worse? What if this doesn't work? And you're waiting for these guarantees, these answers to all these questions before you take action, but conviction is not certainty.

Conviction is moving forward even without certainty and trusting that you'll be able to adapt.

You'll be able to figure it out along the way because you trust yourself.

Point number three is conviction comes from having a vision, a vision for your relationship, a vision for the man you wanna be and wanna show up as.
