In this episode, I'm sharing three more ways to give her more pleasure during sex and these are separate from the tips in Part 1, so if you haven't caught that one yet, go back and listen first :)…

I've mentioned this before, where you might think, "Okay, first I'll kiss her for a couple minutes, then I'll start going down on her and get her wet, and then I'll penetrate." And instead, what you wanna do, and I remind my clients of this all the time, is switch it up, 'cause women love the variety.
Men even love the variety, but you guys never practice the variety c- because you think of sex so linearly, 'cause that's what porn teaches you.
You're bringing foreplay into the sex experience and keeping it there the whole time.
So an example might be you're on top of her, she's on top of you, and you're running your hands along her waist and maybe holding her hips, and you have, like, a nice solid grip.
Have your hands fully around her hips, and they are placed there, and you're, you're just holding her.
Another example of this could be making eye contact, and it does take a certain level of confidence and connection with your partner to really make eye contact, but it is so hot when you do it.
I never use that word, but honestly, it is magical, okay? And don't let my comment of sometimes it takes connection to make eye contact hold you back from doing this.
Really challenge yourself next time you're having sex with her to make eye contact, and really, like, as you're feeling pleasure and as you're watching her in her pleasure, just keep your eyes to her.
Might feel awkward at first, but when you break through that barrier, it is worth it.
Another example of keeping foreplay in the sex experience might be something like taking a moment to just hold her really close to you.
When a woman feels her man pressed up against her, [sighs] there's something so safe about that feeling.
