This podcast is titled What Am I Practicing Now? The talk was given by Elise Arrow, EE, on August 1st, 2026, via Zoom.
EE has been committed to a life of engaging spiritual principles and service through theater, support for the dying, and bringing enjoyment to others as a chocolatier.
In this presentation, she speaks about practice as an ongoing training that we give ourselves.
She describes aspects of her background and notes that practice is a way of undoing previous training in early life that led to the formation of our habitual reactions.
EE considers topics that she relates to practice, such as self-observation, conscience, reminding factors, and intention.
She facilitates discussion with attendees, which include some stories of communications that were made about practice by the Tibetan Buddhist teacher, Garchen Rinpoche, and by her own teacher, Lee Lozowick.
