Weekly Wellness Report Ep.1: New Tamiflu Trial Raises Serious Questions

This week, we're going to be talking about a brand new study on a medication that has been prescribed to millions of people, including yours truly, probably well over 20 years ago.

And I'm talking, of course, about the drug Tamiflu.

I don't know if you heard about this.

But this is kind of scary, and I'm not exactly sure what to make of this.

And you guys can read the article.

But again, Tamiflu, we know, is very widely prescribed for people with the flu.

It gained prominence in the 1990s.

And the whole point of Tamiflu was that it was going to reduce hospitalizations and It was going to stop viral replications.

And that's kind of its claim to fame.

And again, it's been prescribed by doctors like Candy for well over 20 years.

Now, I don't remember if I actually took it when I was prescribed that.

And again, this is probably 20 to 25 years ago when I used to really get sick and get flus and things like that.

But, again, a lot of people I know have taken Tamiflu, and they swear by it.

They say that it's great and stuff like that, and that it maybe has reduced their duration of the flu.

Well, a lot of things have been called into question.
