Brand new from Fox Health, feeling older than your age, it could mean chronic sleep loss.

There's not a lot of information on it, but the researchers asked more than 3,100 adults, how do you feel? Boy, that's a loaded question, isn't it? How do you feel? And those who felt older than their actual age consistently reported worse sleep, more insomnia symptoms, and greater daytime fatigue.

And the National Sleep Foundation studies suggest that feeling prematurely aged may not be inevitable.

The thing about it is, again, and like you highlighted, with all the stuff that we're dealing with right now, between our phones and Netflix and all the lights we've got on and everything that we're dealing with, plus the chronic stress and the chronic problems that we've got and then our gut problems, all these things.

I know so many people who go to sleep at one in the morning and get up like at five.

Now, I know everybody's a little bit different because not everybody needs eight hours sleep, right? I don't even get eight hours sleep technically.
