So the way that I best describe this to people is if you can imagine an industrial factory unit, so it's manufacturing something.

The problem is the toxic smoke that that factory unit billows out to people.

It's believed to be about 26% of the population has this genetic paleotype that... makes them less able to detox from the mold properly and more susceptible to the toxins.

So there's a whole heap of things going on when you're living in toxic mold.

And what looks like mold toxicity in one person can look completely different for another person.
