So when hair is healthy, we often don't think much about it, right? In terms of how it can affect us emotionally.

But when we do start to experience hair thinning or loss, we can see that tie come in in terms of emotions, confidence, and self-esteem being affected.

And I know we're going to really talk a lot about this today, but I know that people come in and to the store and they're talking about hair loss, hair shedding, how much hair they have in the shower, on the walls, how much is in their hairbrush.

And they're always like really worried about any piece of hair coming out of their hair, but it is normal to shed some hair.

But what is the difference between like a typical hair normal hair shedding, and people experiencing actually hair loss.

We don't notice any type of thinning or loss taking place with normal hair.
