That's a good question.

I was telling you earlier, you know, my plans, my practice plans, I've changed them every single day.

So for the last two weeks.

So yeah, and we're changing them again today.

So it's been interesting to say the least.

It's went from like 110 degrees with the heat indices to a high in the 60s and rainy and cloudy pretty much every day.

That's a pretty quick turnaround, isn't it?

Yeah, just waiting for the kids to get sick and You know, all those things that you worry about.

But hopefully they're taking care of themselves.

Most kids probably would prefer to run in this kind of weather anyway, I'm guessing, right?

I think so, yeah.

Let's bounce back to it.

Cooler temperatures.

Oh, yeah, cooler temperatures.

Except for us old people, I know I'd rather run when it's hot because it doesn't take as much for all the joints to break free and get warmed up.
