And what would you share to any first-time mums who are preparing for their own birth journey? Yeah.

so much i work with a lot of first-time moms now um and we do i do the i do the hypno course hit my birthing course with a lot of them and that's my number one way of um of sharing my own wisdom but also the collective wisdom of birth from all uh you know all the beautiful women that have come before us.

But what I see when I'm in the birth space is it's all about trusting your body, trusting your baby and really looking at fear because whilst you can't eliminate all fear around birth, and I think that's all part of the rite of passage and the transformation that is on offer, there are fears that can come up that you don't you just never would have even thought about and they can really hold you back so if more of those that you can bring up to light in your pregnancy before you get into the birth space um you know and that you can be very uncomfortable in birth it can be painful and it can be really intense and that can really derail you because it can put you into panic or into your fight or flight and that's when these fears can come through and really hijack the trust um you know and i think that's what's so beautiful about hypnobirthing is because you have these hypnosis tracks that really work on that at a cool uh core level in your subconscious and can really change that track without you doing

You know, I was very peaceful and very calm in a way that I hadn't been previously and I would definitely, you know, attribute that not only

So, yeah, that's a really good way to do that inner work without necessarily having to do anything actively about it, you know, so...

yeah yeah um but I think remembering it's probably one of the biggest personal development journeys you're about to go on and start because obviously parenting just continues that journey but um

Yeah, being somewhat prepared for that beforehand can be so helpful for people.
