And a lot of them, even some probably that's been in business a while might not even know what a tidewater is.

So what is tidewater?
It's in a, it's a VA loan.
Uh, got a house.
I'm, I'm representing the seller.
Um, and, um, uh, Cherry, our broker's helping me with it too.
So we represent the seller.
Uh, they did the appraisal.
Luckily, I guess the, uh, appraiser is coming asking our opinion I guess.
Mm-hmm.
Which I, in a way I like, 'cause sometimes-
It can be good

they just send it-

... and say, "That's, this is it," you know?
Yep.
But, um, so what we have to do is come up with the comps that we feel like are the best comps, um, for our house.
