The Curse of the Ambitious

So controversial topics, can I tell you what's been bothering me lately?

Let's hear it.

May- and maybe this is the ego check I need from you.

You, you are...

I'll, I'll let you be my ego referee, 'cause so far you've been pretty good at recognizing when it's out of bounds, like when it's, when it is or not to...

Here, here's my problem.

I've been trying to move towards social media a lot more lately, which I don't like.

Now, I enjoy social media as much as the next person, and if I'm not careful, I will get caught scrolling on my phone and have to put it down.

I even have a little device called a brick.

I don't know if you ever heard of that.

I've heard of it.

Yeah.

It's, it's actually pretty handy.

I, I had to use that for about a week to break the habit of it, and now I really don't need it.

But, so social media, great, whatever it is.

My problem is my businesses that I ran before were all based on Google SEO.

We've talked about that.

Right.

Right.

So I needed people to search something in Google, and then I would be the answer, and then they would come find me.

So, like, for Rocket FFL, someone types in, "How much does an FFL cost?" The first organic result was me.

I worked very hard to be that first organic result.

"Oh, let me go read this article by this guy named Ryan Cleckner." And, "Oh, I'd learn about how much it costs," and throughout that article I would, I would give out information.

I would show that I'm, I have value, and if you'd like a course, hey, I got one.

And that was my, that was my f- product flow.
