When I wake up, I have a fruit tea to line the stomach before I bombard it with coffee.
I don't have sugar, just milk.
Simple.
I don't have to think about it.
My first meal is eaten around 11 or 12, but it's not strict.
If I'm hungry, I eat something, but I tend to follow the rule.
Lately I've been eating a lot earlier in the morning.
I've brought this to the weightlifting.
The body needs more fuel.
Not a bad thing.
In fact, good.
I've also got back into running.
Just slow at first, get the body used to the shock before we start going for longer runs.
There's something about running that I love.
Of course the dopamine, which all runners feel after a long run.
I love the solitude of a run by myself.
You're moving your body through space.
You feel the wind breeze past you.
