So how I start every conversation is just really understanding, 'cause I think this keeps the conversation very grounded, um, or kinda with this understanding throughout of how do you describe, um, or define a vibe in the workplace, or just a vibe in general?
Well, for me, like, I'm a mindset coach, too, so I deal with this topic all the time.
But also, like, a vibe is just, like, the energy, the collective energy and your individual energy.
Um, your attitude, your, the combination of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, um, that don't just stay in you, right? When you're, when you're having those thoughts and feelings and emotions and behaviors, um, they're contagious and they fill the space.
And when a group of people also have different or the same, um, they impact each other and it's kind of all flying around all the time.
And then our observation of that, that's kind of, like, what I would say is, like, the vibe, if you were to describe it at that point.
It would be, like, that collective kind of soup of, [chuckles] of vibrational energy.
Well, I had this, like, visual when you said, like, the, the things, like, the feelings and the energy that's, like, flying around.
I had these, like, this visual of, like, I don't know, these, like, energy waves, like, flying around that are, like, different colors.
But, but really, like, I'm a visual person, so I think I have to put, like, visual meaning to any words [chuckles] that are said, so.
My favorite color is purple, and that's only 'cause it has the highest vibration wavelength.
Like, that's kinda how I see it, too, is, like, just flying around, like, these little, these little wavelengths of-
And they're also, like, yeah, and they're also, like, um, they're also impacting the frequency of other wavelengths and other vibrations.
