Chris AllaireGuestChristie SkutnikHostCan you give an example of some of those, like, laws, so to speak, that you have within your organization that you help get people motivated and you help people understand, like, the energy that you've created for Averity?

So, I mean, like I said, the first thing first is the vocabulary, which is a big thing.

So right off the bat, it's like, you know, changing that mindset is like, you don't, you don't have to do it, but you get to do it.

And if you think about it that way, all of a sudden you start to feel, you start to feel a little bit lucky.

Big thing is also is take time for yourself to make sure you take time to take care of yourself.

I don't care what anyone says, you know, you chain yourself for 15 hours at the desk is not going to help you hit your goals.
