An anecdote from Amsterdam

So when I went to Amsterdam, I had the best time.

I was there for three days and we had a self-catering event.

apartment, which was handy.

And, uh, we went to the rig museum, went to the food markets.

Um, we just, we went on a boat trip and we did lots of walking and we enjoyed the sunshine.

We were there in autumn and it was lovely, really nice.

And of course, when you are in Amsterdam, you have to go and have some beers.

So we went to a brewery and it had a windmill.

And we sat out in the glorious sunshine.

And, you know, to be sensible, we thought we'd better be, you know, eating something whilst we were drinking.

I was in Amsterdam with a cousin of mine and we, you know, have been on quite a few city breaks.

And so we just thought, and we go to the Rijksmuseum and we'll see Rembrandt and we'll see art and culture, but with party as well.

So at this brewery, And he had a lovely windmill.

We got a side of cheese.

So there was chunks of cheese.

Just, you know, to be sensible.

You have to be sensible sometimes.
