You know, it's funny you sent me th- these, and, like, my short answer truly was I would answer John, uh, Bucy.
I would answer his question with the critique of, uh, Shayna in the second [laughs] almost.
Uh, but I, I think there's plenty of meat on the bone there, so maybe let's start with the affiliate...
Um, I think there's a couple of big ones that jump to my mind immediately, and the first is that I understand that when you're running a business, you have to have things that are a little bit more scheduled, and there are certain expectations around the service that you're providing and what that looks like as a product.
Um, but also I think people forget sometimes that they do have a really flexible canvas at the affiliate level, and it does not have to look like it's a one-hour rigid class that always follows the same format and on and on.
And I've seen different affiliates experiment with this over the years, but I think the, the power and the utility behind the garage is just, it is so flexible.
And I think you learn really quickly when you have a garage, uh, facility or just access to a little bit of equipment at home, that it does not have to fit into an hour template.
It's like, yeah, man, sometimes all you've got is 30 minutes to show up and burn it down.
And you know what? If you're organized with your time and motivated, that is plenty.
Uh, now, is that gonna fit for every one of your members? And now am I suggesting that you should just double your class offerings by cutting to 30 minutes only? Of course not.
But I do think that there's a ton of utility to considering, hey, maybe at a downtime before your busy time, it's like a 30-minute commuter class or something like that.
Um, uh, or, you know, it's just the mentality that kind of less options, uh, serves up to you, I think is also good.
You know? If you're constrained in your thinking by, "We've only got a couple of pieces of equipment and a limited time to do it", you'd be surprised what you can come up with if you just put your mind to five to 10 minutes of exploration with that.
