Right? Uh, you know, and I don't know, it's probably not fair to call zone 2 a fad, so sorry anybody if you don't, if you don't like that.
... for, for lack of a better way to say it, I was gonna say there seem to be things that maybe it's just my perception, but seem to, like, get everyone's attention, and you don't know if they're gonna get everyone's attention for a short period of time or a long period of time.
The, uh, the terminology of zone 2 I don't recall really entering, like, the common kind of popular fitness landscape outside of a couple years ago.
And so it is funny to me that, like, these old concepts just keep coming back rebranded as something new, and at least that's my perception.
And, uh, with that new branding in the common lexicon- It, it seems like there's an over-weighted importance placed on things.
So maybe spoiler alert as to where my opinion is going with this whole thing, but it is funny to me that what we're basically talking about is, like, steady state cardio, um, that has been around forever.
Uh, but rebranded as zone 2, now it seems to occupy a little bit more weight in people's, uh, sense of importance that it carries in their overall training.
Particular, if we are sticking with, like, the, the fads thing or the trends thing or what captured people's attention red hot for a while, then drifted off.
