We've gotta decide, are we saving the C-suite time, or are we saving the workers time?

I'm coming back to business process, and I'm coming back to that domain expertise of giving the boundaries to the developer for, you know, here's what we've got to do this very specific way, or here's where we've got to check what's going on.

Oh, wow, we got a lot of things going, and then later on we realize this isn't really helping the way we thought it would.
