So tell me about the weekend.
It was awesome.
Being able to watch the girls sorting through their fixed mindset persona and, and step back into who they are.
Like, before the weekend, I said, "Who do you want to be as a player? How do you want to show up on this team? What do you bring to this team? And then can you stay with that through the whole weekend?"

"And, like, through every game? And just, like, are you being who you want to be, and what is your role on this team?" So seeing that is good.
We have two girls that are, no, three girls that are completely new to our team that haven't done the mental training that the other girls have, and they both broke down.
And, and, and we had a lot of conversation.
Like, I'm really happy with their progress.
And so and they're beating themselves up about it.

So it's great to see.
Because we forget, because we've gone through that, so we f- we forget how far they've come.
