Heather and I met about six, seven weeks ago, and I had the powerful experience of having a session with her, and I just had to have her on the podcast.

So I'm going to dive right in, Heather, and get going here and present a question because I'm still trying to understand this.

What is 5D psychology? And how does that differ from traditional psychology or mindset work that maybe some people are used to?

5D psychology is something that I want to say was given to me or it seemed like the natural evolution of what I've always been doing, or at least I've been doing since 2005.

And so how the human mind functioned and how to help people was always on my mind.

But in early 2000s, I came upon a system that actually worked very much with my spiritual journey about how we're powerful divine beings who are creating their world.

I went to a special school in the late 80s, early 90s, and that was the core teaching, is that you are a divine being and you are creating your reality.

So my quest always was, okay, if I'm a powerful being that's creating my reality from my thoughts, then what am I thinking on a moment-to-moment basis that is creating the world that I'm perceiving? So that became my quest.

And then in late 90s, early 2000s, I came upon a system called that allowed us to explore extensively the belief structure in our mind.

And I observed this particular system helping a friend of mine that was struggling with incredible trauma And it was able to relieve that need.

And this system really helped her to be able to get hold of herself so that she didn't drop back down into that depth of depression that would cause her to want to die.
