At the Technical University of Košice (TUKE), PERUN is giving researchers access to computing power that can turn ambitious ideas into real experiments. The national-scale supercomputer, with more…

I think it's really interesting that we just talked about data as part of that process 'cause we were just talking about the supercomputing, what access to innovation looks like, how you're trying to extend that because it makes the model, it makes the process work much better, but when we, we hear a lot about that when we talk about compute and AI together, but we don't ever really talk about the data, right? So what, what role does data play-
Yeah, the truth is basically that the, the computational power just isn't enough.
Uh, the skyscraper is the computational power, but if everything might work correctly, you need a very strong foundation underneath, and this is basically where the, uh, NetApp come into the game.
But also on the top of that, you need to, uh, have secure storage for your data.
So, uh, this is basically, uh, our job to, to handle these problems and not put them into the other researchers.
This, this journey doesn't start, um, uh, until the, the Pervan is active, but our journey start far more, uh, 15 years ago as a university for a storage and then, uh, right now, uh, to the Pervan Storage device.
