Yeah, I sat down to reflect on this a little bit the other day and put together a little LinkedIn article on it.

One, I felt like I'd... exhausted the path that I was on to what I wanted to achieve and have it still be fulfilling, something that is giving me energy.

And three was one thing that I know that I love about all the jobs I've held in leadership is the kind of the coaching, the mentoring, the working one-on-one with people or leading group discussions around development.

And I really, especially with the skills that I learned in We Are the Women, I really felt like I had to try and bring that to as many people as possible, many and women, frankly.

But the skills and tools that I learned and I applied and in my world proved to be very effective aren't part of normal leadership development trainings.

And I felt like I could scale that better outside of corporate versus inside.

And so when I reflect back on that, I absolutely relished the time with my son, both sons.

And I feel I also got to show them a better side of me I also got to work with women around the game of golf, which was kind of more of a side plan, but ended up playing a more central part of the past year, both through my program and through volunteering with the women's golf team, which wasn't confirmed when I left my role.

And even though I'm not doing that again this season, it was so rewarding being around those girls.

But also like what I saw bringing golf to more women in business, and I'm seeing it so much more on social, that the spotlight that is there on the value of golf and just continuing to promote that game have been so meaningful to me.
