The framework is called the Career Alignment Matrix, and it's going to look at these four areas.

Like, this is where you recognize you, you need some development, but it's stuff like you're hungry to develop there.

And then in the lower left, this is what you're good at, but you don't wanna lead with it.

You know, we all have to do parts of our job that we don't love, but if this was, like, the main focus, then you... your skin would be crawling.

I love this because it's moving people away from, again, those titles and toward patterns, the work that fits versus the work that drains and, and the conditions that are needed to support that.
