Unhooked: Reclaiming your Compass to Awareness
Oct 10, 2026 · 14 min · 4 segments
How is our life different when we are truly aware? How does our experiencing of life change when we are mostly present and not lost in mind-made stories and narratives? What is the impact we have on…
No entities detected.
The five senses notice how in this process we are learning to experience ourselves as awareness but there is this subtle feeling of presence this simple feeling of being the subtle flow of aliveness inherent to being.
We're learning to notice how awareness is always here and already present.
It's the ground of being.
Everything else arises and goes.
The states of mind, emotions, feelings, descriptions and narratives, they come and go.
The description of who I am today and in one year and in ten years and in a hundred years comes and goes.
But that's what is ultimately true in all times, in all states, in happiness and in sorrow, everywhere and nowhere.
That ground of reality, that awareness, that's what we're learning to recognize, resting In it, us, it, us, awareness itself.
It is my wish and my invitation to you to keep coming back to what always and already is beyond any concept, any idea.
Something so fundamental that we keep on missing.
