As usual, I invite you to close your eyes.
And in the seated, open, relaxed position, let's focus and increase the volume of the here and now.
the felt experience that needs no words to describe it.
Aware of the breath, all the sensations in the body, force of gravity, five senses, the feeling of the connection to the chair, and whatever the mind lets arise in form of thoughts or opinions or judgments.
Rest here in whatever experience you're having right now.
It's not the moment to change anything or think about or figure out why I'm feeling the way I'm feeling, why I'm experiencing what I'm experiencing.
We just let it stay.
Let it be whatever thoughts arise.
We don't need to answer them.
We don't need to follow what they tell us.
We can listen to them the same way we listen to the rain without needing to provide any answer.
And we simply relax into awareness, into that context where everything arises on its own.
We're learning to simply notice thoughts as thoughts feelings as feelings sounds are sounds whatever arises we just simply let it be as we're staying with our breath fully aware what's here fully aware of every sensation just letting our awareness relax from focusing on the content and easing into the context that open silent space of awareness that awareness that allows and witnesses thoughts feelings, sensations, emotions, sounds, sights, feelings, whatever arises.
Awareness is simply aware of all of it and loves it all.
We're not trying to understand anything.
It's not the time to try to understand.
It's the time to simply be aware.
Notice how we don't need to do absolutely anything.
It's already here.
It's like we remove ourselves, we remove that little I, all that mental content, all those thoughts, all those dramas, all those stories.
We let it relax.
We give holiday to that little manager.
It wants to control and understand and figure out everything, which is amazing.
It's part of us.
Many times its volume is so loud that we simply are unable to listen to the rest.
