Below Deck Med S11 Ep10: Joe-son's Stripes & A Secret Boatmance

Let's start with our deck team, because this is sort of the epicenter of everything.

Mm-hmm.

We are down a couple of deckhands.

We're down a bosun, so it's Joe on deck, Coop, and Aesha.

Sandy's saying that she's never been in this situation before, [laughs] and I can only imagine.

It honestly is pretty insane to watch.

They are so desperate for people on deck that they are literally bringing in the entire interior team to help them.

I loved this.

I love that Joy offers to help out on deck, and then everybody is helping out, and this is what a team is.

I love to see this, to be honest.

That is a good point.

This is what teamwork means, and this is why you have to have a good dynamic and have to have trust between each other.

Yeah.

Because I just found it so funny, like, Kat and Jen just standing there, and Joe's like, "Okay, I'm gonna teach it to you really quick."

[laughs] Yeah.

I think he did really well.

Everyone was involved.

I felt like it was a really good vibe on deck.

Loved Kaylee hitting the police boat with the line.

I feel like that would be me, like, so enthusiastic, like, "Yeah, I can do this.

Don't hit the police boat.

Don't hit the police boat.

Shit, hit the police boat." [laughs] Um, and it's also a moment I noticed with Coop and Joe.

Coop says, "There's a way to motivate me." I found that really interesting.

Mm-hmm.
