Um, for longtime listeners of the show or those that have just joined us, Glenn and I have been working together over the past, uh, five years or even six years now, uh, helping New Zealand, Australian, and Pacific businesses succeed in this phenomenal part of the world.

Uh, and it's fantastic to be telling some of those stories, uh, in this weekly podcast.

And in this episode, we are gonna have a talanoa with Chandan Orry from Duco Consulting.

Uh, and Chandan is also the president of Fiji's Outsource Association, the peak body for business process outsource- sourcing organizations.

And it was a fascinating, um, discussion with Chandan because he has that dual perspective of both being an entrepreneur and running a business that's now quite global, uh, but also having a very strong presence in Fiji and clearly, uh, a role representing the, the whole industry there.
