Turn Left with special guest Cynthia Wehr Candidate for Indiana State Senate District 19

Well, I ran for because I am up to my eyeballs in disgust as to the actions of our Indiana super majority.

I am fed up.

I am disgusted with the absolute disdain and I'm

trying to think of a word.

Yeah.

Ignorance of what we need as citizens of Indiana.

I am sick and tired of legislators who only look to the dollar sign.

I... am fed up with taxation without representation.

I am fed up with

absolute.

It's almost like it's a disregard for the Hoosiers that

live here.

They

don't even consider us.

And consider the results of their actions.

And, you know, it's so funny.

I went to a forum, a candidate forum a couple nights ago to support one of my fellow candidates and the only incumbent candidate.

that was there when he had his opening speech, he's been a rep, an Indiana State rep for 20 years.

So he's been on all of this.

And he sat there and told us how great Indiana was right now, how great we're sitting, what we're doing well, we're number one, you know, all of this.

we're number one in agriculture in so many categories and I'm thinking, and how many family farms are going to fail this year because of the cost of diesel fuel and the cost of fertilizer.

And the

tariffs.

How much land from family farms is gonna go up on the auction block because they've had to fold because they didn't get enough for this year's crop to pay the bills.

You can plan as a farmer.
